I agree to this policy.

All boarding pets must be current on their annual physical exam performed by a Doctor at Central Animal Hospital. They must also be current on their annual vaccinations. Dogs: DHPP, BORDETELLA, CIV, AND RABIES. If proof of vaccinations cannot be presented upfront we will need to vaccinate your pet at the beginning of their stay.

Boarding can sometimes be a stressful experience for your pet. A change in diet or the excitement of being aroudn other animals can sometimes cause an animal to develop coughing, sneezing, or diarrhea. We will treat your pet accordingly. If a serious problem develops, we will attempt to contact you.

In case of emergency:

Please perform whatever services the doctor deems necessary for the best care of my pet until someone can be reached.
Do not administer any medical treatment until specific authorization is given.

Boarding charges begin on the day that the pet is dropped off. If the pet is picked up before 12:00 pm (noon), no charges for that day will be charged. If the pet is picked up after 12:00 pm (noon), the charges for that day will apply.
